A tube of Tretinoin would cost $100 without insurance and would last 6 months. Vitamin C cream is super cheap as well. This seems like a scam where you are forced to pay $50 a month for a bottle of their cream from a compounding pharmacy at an inflated rate.


I've emailed my PCP about this, I should have just gone to her in the first place because you don't need a dermatologist for a generic Retin-A prescription.
